SAFFRON MONSOON (6) Disappointing effort when 6th last time at Bendigo. Happy to forgive that run. Has shown early pace in races to date. Must be considered. FABULOUS JONES (2) Average performance when 4th last start at this track. Should improve here. Will be pushing for a forward position early. One of the top hopes. PHANTOM QUARTZ (1) Finished 4th last run at Healesville. Should improve here and having second race start. Likely to be well placed early. Scott Holmes has been training plenty of winners recently. Serious player. DARBY TIME (5) Mediocre performance when 6th last time at Bendigo. Would like to see betting push before considering.
